Is CompleteCV still free?
Yes. Building your CV, every template and unlimited PDF downloads are free, with no watermark. You can build without signing up; downloading needs a free account, with no payment details. The letter tools, the ATS checker and share links are free too. Pro is for people who want more saved in their account, version history, the job tracker and more CV reviews.
What do I get on the free plan with an account?
A free account saves 1 CV and 1 letter to your account so you can open them on any device, and includes 1 CV review a day and 3 imports of an existing CV. CVs in your browser aren't limited.
What happens to my extra CVs if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your oldest CV and letter stay editable; the others are "frozen": you can still open and download them, and they become editable again when you upgrade.
How do I pay?
Through Paystack, by card, bank transfer or USSD. Prices are in naira; cards from outside Nigeria work too and your bank converts the amount.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. It then goes back to the free plan, and nothing is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, within 7 days of your first payment. Use the refund button on your account page; Pro ends straight away. Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time.
Is there a student discount?
Yes, 20% off every plan. Confirm your school or university email (for example one ending in .edu, .edu.ng or .ac.uk) on your account page and the student prices apply.
Does Pro write my CV for me?
No. You stay in charge of your words. The writing tools suggest a better line, bullets for a job, a summary or a first-draft cover letter, and you choose what to use. Free accounts get 3 uses a day; Pro gets 30, plus more CV reviews.
